HEALTHY BANANA CREAM PIE CHIA PUDDING

7 Ingredients
2 mashed bananas + an extra for toppings
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut milk, full-fat
1 tbsp agave
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chia sees
Coconut flakes to personal preference
Method
Combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, agave, cinnamon and mashed banana together.
Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up, ideally overnight.
Plate the chia puddings into 2 cups and top with chopped bananas and coconut chips
Note
Mix the chia pudding and let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then mix it again to avoid having any of the chia clump together.
